Processing and delivery

Production or order processing takes place before carrier transit. Made-to-order, custom and handmade items may require additional processing time. Please review the information on the relevant product page and the shipping options and charges displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and events outside our control can affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information by email. If a parcel is delayed, missing, returned to sender or affected by an incorrect delivery address, contact us with your order number so we can review tracking and the circumstances. Contact us before arranging a reshipment or return.

Returns and refunds

See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and final-sale exclusions. Eligible ordinary return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery; this is not the deadline for the package to arrive back. Customers pay return postage for approved, eligible non-defective returns. No restocking fee applies to those returns.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items may be reported within 30 days after delivery, including final-sale items. Provide your order number and photos where useful. An item that arrived damaged does not need to be unused or in perfect original packaging for claim review.

Confirmed claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund as appropriate after review, taking the customer's preference and applicable rights into account. Store credit will not be substituted automatically. If we require a return for a confirmed claim, Metamorphosis Creation pays return postage and provides a prepaid label or arranges collection. We may resolve a claim without requiring a return. Contact us before shipping anything back. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank or card posting time may be additional.
