Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

Most of our products are made to order, so this processing time includes production time.

Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time, which will be indicated on the product page.

Economy Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

  • Free Economy Shipping for orders $50.00 and above

  • Orders 0.001 lb – 5 lb: $4.90

  • Orders 5.001 lb and above: $19.90


Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days

  • Free Standard Shipping (estimated 6–10 business days) may apply on selected promotions.

  • Orders 0 lb – 1 lb: $6.90

  • Orders 1.001 lb – 5 lb: $9.90

  • Orders 5.001 lb and above: $20.00

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used during checkout.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and shipping destination.

Free shipping promotions may apply to orders over $50 depending on the shipping method selected.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.


5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Metamorphosis Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external logistics issues.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order.

Metamorphosis Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error or missed parcel deliveries.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the package.

Include clear photos of the damaged or missing items to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns and Refund Guarantee

Shipping costs may vary depending on the items purchased.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at:

If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the date of original purchase, please contact our support team to request a full refund.

For items that are defective or not as described in our listing, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.

All returns must be:

  • In their original packaging and condition

  • Submitted within 15 days of the delivery date


Returns and Exchange Policy

For non-defective items received in 100% condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Once your return request is approved, we will send a return label.

After we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed minus the 30% restocking fee.

All returned items must:

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in unused condition

  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery

Metamorphosis Creations reserves the right to refuse returns submitted after the 15-day return window.
