Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. How to Request a Return

Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with approval and return instructions.

If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Do not send items back without requesting a return first — they will not be accepted.
Return Address:
We will provide the correct return address in your approval email. Do not send returns to the original shipping address.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us right away if:

We will review and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Additional Refund Conditions
We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

The customer provided the wrong shipping address.
If your order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address:

We can reship for a shipping & handling fee.

If you choose not to reship, we will refund minus original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
If we do not receive the returned package (e.g., refused at customs, lost, or destroyed by the carrier), we can provide 50% store credit toward a new item.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Orders for apparel, mugs, and ornaments cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

All products are made to order (printed on demand).
8. International Shipping & Customs
Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our base price. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Each country has different laws and rates.
